POOMSAE seminar on 29th October 2017

Taekwondo Desant e.V. took part in a Poomsae course in Liliental near Bremen on Saturday the 29th of October 2017.
The course started early in the morning and ended in the afternoon. During the course, the students practised the poomsae diligently, expanded their knowledge and gained many new impressions. For some it was a good repetition and for others it was a lot of new things. Even the beginners gained their first insights into the higher poomsaen and were very enthusiastic about them.
All in all, it was a successful course and everyone was able to take away something new for themselves and deepen their existing knowledge.

Popular sports course

On 4th February 2017, the athletes of Taekwondo Desant e.V. took part in a popular sports training course in Torgau. It was an exhausting but instructive day in which we learnt a lot about different sports such as Jui juitsu, Kombat Sambo, kick boxing and many more. Each sport presented some of its techniques, which the athletes then practised and tried to imitate. Overall, everyone was very satisfied with the course and is looking forward to another one.

HAPKIDO seminar on 3rd December 2016

On Saturday 3rd December 2016, a Hapkido course was held in Bremen with Grandmaster Hankyu Jeung and Grandmaster Younghoo Yu, in which the trainers from Taekwondo Desant e.V. took part. This is a martial art for self-defence similar to Japanese Aikido. They gained a brief insight into the basic school of this martial art and are now trying to incorporate what they have learnt into their own training. At the end of the course there was a Dan examination in kick-boxing, which the members of Desant e.V. Aleksei Lykasov-Sambo/Kick-Box Trainer in Torgau and Jakob Zich-Sambo/Kick-Box Desant e.V. Trainer successfully passed.
