In Neustadt am Rübenberge at Taekwondo Desant e.V., another TKDD Geup exam took place in November 2023. At the exam, the new examinees (from left to right) Iskander Isamiddinov, Elena Singer and Islambek Matkarimov were able to demonstrate their skills and convincing performances so that in the end they proudly received their certificate for 9th Geup TKDD certificate. They were tested in the following categories, among others: hand techniques (defence and attack techniques) as well as the kicking and falling school. A very special geup exam took place in Neustadt am Rübenberge in November. Alexander Kasanzev (4th Dan Kukkiwon), head coach at Taekwondo Desant e.V., obtained the 1st Dan TKDD and the instructor and examiner licence in April 2022 and added the 2nd Dan TKDD in November. Taekwondo Desant e.V. has been the official location where Taekwondo Defense is taught since the end of April 2022. Since then, trainers and students have worked together intensively on the new skills and prepared for the exam. This evening was a first not only for the students, but also for the examiners Alexander Kasanzev and Andreas Thiel (4th Dan TKD DTU, 2nd Dan TKDD).
In addition to the hand techniques (defence and attack techniques), the kicking and falling school were also tested.
All candidates performed convincingly and proudly received their 9th geup TKDD certificate at the end. The examiners were very satisfied. Another step towards establishing TKDD in Germany has been taken. "We are still doing pioneering work here at the moment. In a few years' time, many more students will be here for an examination and today's candidates will progress to the next belt grades. We are very much looking forward to travelling this path together!" Examiner Andreas Thiel concluded the successful examination evening with these motivating words.
