Berlin Cup 2022

After the last tournament in Hankensbüttel, seven participants from the Taekwondo Desant club travelled to Berlin for the 7th International Taekwondo Cup 2022. The team put their skills to the test on 5 November 2022 in the disciplines of Kyorrugi (competition) and Twio- Ap- Chagi (high jump) and won a total of twelve medals.  Many of the participants were taking part in a competition for the first time.

Linus- Zilin Yi, Maxim Friesen and Taizir Batnin took third place in the competition. Maurice Brandes, Valentin Friesen and Valerij Weber came second and Lucas Dörfer even took first place. In the high jump, Maurice Brandes, Lucas Dörfer, Maxim Friesen, Taizir Batnin and Valerij Weber all took second place. Trainer Alexander Kasanzev and coach Sandra Brandes were very pleased and proud of their pupils for this outstanding performance in Berlin. After this tournament, they will continue to train diligently for the next tournaments, where the team would like to win more medals.

At the weekend ( 17th June 2017) Taekwondo Desant team, participated in the annual tournament "President's Cup".  Medals were played in two disciplines participation Poomsae and Kyorugi.   For the first time in the history of the tournament, children from 5 years old were allowed to compete.  From our team Yunus Ninkaev was the youngest participant in Kiorugi discipline.  Anastasia Kasanzev, Steven Vasilev, Stefan Schlegel, Nelly Hubert and Kirill Hubert took the first place in the Poomsae discipline.  Anastasia Kasanzev, Steven Vasilev, Nelly Hubert, Maxim Fetter and Yusup Ninkaev took first place in the Kyorugi discipline.  Second places in Kyorugi discipline were taken by Stefan Schlegel, Kirill Hubert, Emily Fetter, Rizvan Ninkaev, Yunus Ninkaev and Vasily Miller. Ramadan Izufi - took third place. In the overall team standings Taekwondo Desant in third place out of eight teams. The coaching team is happy with the results of the athletes and the team. We wish everyone a good summer holiday.
